Sarah Fink (19) of Hollsopple, Pennsylvania, was the student speaker at the afternoon commencement ceremony, which honored graduates of the College of Education and the Caudill College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. Fink earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a minor in international studies and a Certificate in Intelligence Studies with an emphasis in regional analysis.
